I'm not fit enough

The coach takes everyone where they are. Some people haven't trained in thirty years, some struggle with a movement, others move fast. Everyone works at their own pace, on their own bag, in their own corner. The low light lets individual progress breathe. The format simply pushes you a little further into your own courage and determination. No sparring, no contact, no ranking.

People will see me sweat

No faces are photographed during the class. Then 30 minutes for showers: 6 individual showers, towel and shower gel provided. You arrive at the drinks dressed and dry, like everyone else.

Towels and toiletries available in the changing rooms
Shower gel, shampoo, face cream, deodorant: provided

I don't know anyone

That is exactly why the speed meeting is structured and timed. We tell you who is sitting in front of you and when to move on: you never have to cross a room to approach a stranger. The exact format stays a surprise until the evening itself — it works better when nobody has prepared it.

Practical questions

What is sweatworking?

Sweatworking is where sweat meets networking: a new way to build professional connections by first sharing a physical experience. The idea is simple — sweat together before networking together. No pitch to prepare, no need to figure out who to approach. Shared effort creates the first link. After the session, conversations happen over a drink: projects, needs, opportunities. Sport creates the connection. The conversation does the rest.

Do I need to be athletic to take part?

No. Sweatworking is not a competition. The session is built to be accessible and, above all, to be lived collectively. You come to move, sweat and share a good moment — not to break a record.

What do I bring?

Sportswear, a clean pair of trainers, a water bottle if you have one (a water fountain is available). Everything else is on site: gloves, sports towel, shower towel, shower gel.

What if I arrive late?

Changing rooms open at 6:45 pm and we welcome you until 7:20 pm. After that the class has started and we cannot let you in. The seat is not refunded.

Changing rooms and showers

Two separate changing rooms, women and men, 14 seats each. 6 individual showers and a 30-minute slot after the class. Towels, toiletries, shower gel, shampoo, face cream and deodorant are provided.

Glove liners

Gloves are provided. Liners are personal: bring your own, rent a pair for €5 when booking, or buy a new pair on site for €11.50.

Parking and access

8 rue Saint-Sébastien, 13006 Marseille. Castellane metro station is a 4-minute walk. Paid street parking, covered car park 200 metres away.
